Within the scope of its activity, ASEPTIC GROUP may collect and process data in different ways.
This privacy policy sets out and informs you about the manner in which ASEPTIC GROUP uses and protects the data that you send us, if applicable, when using this site.

Only ASEPTIC GROUP staff may consult the data that you send us, strictly within the scope of their duties. Your data are intended for our departments concerned by the abovementioned purposes. We make sure that only duly authorised persons can access your personal data.
All necessary security measures have been taken to ensure that these data are never disclosed to a third party. However, ASEPTIC GROUP may be required to share your personal data collected on our website with other entities, particularly subcontractors providing certain services on our behalf (hosting, maintenance, sending communication).
Furthermore, under no circumstances does ASEPTIC GROUP sell personal data in any way. ASEPTIC GROUP also ensures that this principle is adhered to by all of its subcontractors.

7. Security measures and procedure in the event of a personal data breach
Our IT systems are equipped with up-to-date protection technologies and systems providing the highest security guarantees.
In addition, we make sure that all of these systems are tested and reinforced regularly according to developments in the latest IT threats of which we are aware.
We provide information and raise awareness among our staff in respect of the security measures applicable to the handling of the data contained in our information systems. Moreover, our staff undertake to adhere to the strict procedures set out in our IT charter and our employees’ employment contracts.
In the event, in spite of the care taken to safeguard our entire information system, of a data breach being detected, we undertake to contact the French Data Protection Commission (CNIL) within 72 hours in the event of infringement or a risk of infringement of your personal data (hacking, file access by unauthorised or malicious parties).
