Recently, a team of six colleagues from Aseptic Group – representing Sales, Methods, and Marketing – traveled to the National Institute of Bioprocessing Research and Training (NIBRT) in Dublin to deepen their understanding of biopharmaceutical manufacturing environments and processes.
The team recognizes that understanding clients’ constraints and challenges is essential to delivering value. Over three intensive days, they engaged in hands-on learning at NIBRT’s state-of-the-art facilities, which replicate a real bioproduction plant. Training covered Upstream and Downstream processes, Fill & Finish, and included exploration of the dedicated ATMP (Advanced Therapy Medicinal Product) production area.
By immersing themselves in these complex processes, the team returned enriched and better equipped to support clients in managing the highly technical aspects of biopharmaceutical production.
