Sales Development Representative

Aseptic Group, a human-sized company belonging to an international group, is a major player as a supplier of single-use systems for the biopharmaceutical industry, for the transfer of sterile injectable liquids (vaccines, anti-cancer drugs, insulin, etc.).
To support our development in Europe and our sales team, we are recruiting a fluent English-speaking Sales Development Representative in Limonest (Rhône – 69).
Your mission is to identify, reach out to, and qualify potential prospects in order to schedule meetings for the sales team. This essential first step in the sales cycle helps generate new business opportunities and supports the company’s revenue growth. You will play a key role in the company’s development by actively supporting our commercial expansion in Europe and collaborating closely with both the marketing and sales teams.

DESIRED ProfilE

You will have a Bachelors’ degree (minimum three-year) and previous experience in business development, ideally within the biopharmaceutical sector. You are fluent in English and French and are comfortable using prospecting tools and CRM systems.
You enjoy working in a dynamic SME environment, part of an international group, and are able to demonstrate independence, initiative and organisational skills.

Contract type : permanent contract

Responsibilities

Populate and expand the prospect database (by country, industry sector, job role, etc.) via various channels: LinkedIn, professional directories, lists of attendees at trade events, websites, telephone, etc.

Find contact details (email, telephone, LinkedIn) and verify them.

Contact these leads and initiate a conversation using various methods: telephone (cold calls), LinkedIn, emails.

Qualify all leads according to the criteria defined with your manager and the sales team.

Forward qualified contacts to the sales engineers and arrange appointments for the sales team regarding the contacts you have identified as representing an opportunity for the company.

Follow up on leads: maintain regular contact with prospects (confirmation, follow-up, information on the solutions offered by the Company, invitations to events, etc.).

Systematically log activity in the CRM and our lead tracking files.

Provide reports to measure the effectiveness of actions (number of leads identified, number of calls made, number of leads converted into qualified prospects, number of appointments booked for the sales force).

Feedback market insights to the Marketing and Sales departments to improve understanding of market challenges and to adapt prospecting tools and methods.
