As part of our development in Europe, we are looking to expand our sales team and are seeking an Account Manager, specialised in Single-Use technologies, for the DACH region. Reporting directly to the European Sales Director, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Business Developer to spearhead our growth in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth. You will act as the face of our company in the region, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions meet the unique needs of the DACH market.

Required Profile

We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the bioprocess and/or medical single-use field.

Contract type : Permanent executive contract – Itinerant

Location : Home office in Germany or Switzerland – Travelling frequently

Salary: 80-90 K€ depending on profile

ResponsIbilities

Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the DACH region, focusing on SU opportunities, particularly Single-Use assemblies projects.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, partners, and industry influencers.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the DACH market, aligning with company goals and objectives.

Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

Collaboration: Work closely with Methods, Operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market feedback to senior management.
