FAQ

AseptiQuik W

AseptiQuik® W is the largest sterile connector on the market, featuring a 1½” fluid path opening. It enables ultra-fast connections for high-volume, high-flow production applications. Its four-step assembly process (Flip-Click-Pull-Snap) and secure side latches enhance reliability even under demanding conditions.

Suitable for high-flow applications (Cv up to 118), it withstands routine operating pressures up to 4.1 bar and up to 5.1 bar for 48 hours. Its USP VI polycarbonate construction and PPSU membrane make it compatible with autoclaving and gamma irradiation (up to 50 kGy).
